## Edit 1: Check for spelling errors. Delete unnecessary words. ## Edit 2: Fix the spacing between paragraphs and within sentences. Add more detail to intro paragraph, removing superfluous sentence that feels like fluff. Remove the 'by' in the last sentence of intro paragraph purely for stylistic reasons. ## Edit 3: * The word "had" should be changed to "has."* Put hyphens in compound words like 'in-between.' Remove both commas before 'in-between' (again, purely stylistic). ## Edit 4: * You need a comma after the introductory sentence's period.* Make punctuation consistent throughout blog post (especially question marks). ## Edit 5: * Delete "that."* The comma after "tater tot" is unnecessary; delete it.* Remove the comma at the end of the third to last sentence. Remove the unnecessary comma after "people."* You should use a period rather than a question mark in "How I Joined Kerala Chatriam." ## Edit 6: * Remove italics in both instances of 'Kerala.'* Replace comma with period at end of 4th paragraph.## Edit 7: * Replace periods with exclamation points at beginning of sentences.## # The story goes back to year 2013. I had been a member of a group called Kerala Chatriam an online community consisting of people from the state of Kerala living all around the globe. I used to be a regular poster and I would contribute to the discussion as much as possible. There were people from all sorts of backgrounds. During this period I was highly interested in writing and wanted to contribute something meaningful to this community. Luckily, there was an open call for fresh posts. So, just for fun I wrote one short story that came into my mind at that point in time and it happened to be my first ever attempt at fiction writing. The response was very encouraging and positive and there were even requests for me to publish it as a book or submit it for competitions etc. The chaos in my mind continued and I was worried that it may not be published. Hence, I decided to take this opportunity and publish it. As the title implies, 'Kerala Charithram' is a story about Kerala and its people set in the backdrop of the eponymous state. I hope you all enjoy reading it and hopefully like my other posts as well. ### Bibliography: Malayalam Wikipedia - Chatriam (http://mw.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%A4%AD%E0%A5%80_Kerala_Chatr..._=) Wikipedia - Kerala Chatrariam (http://en.wikipedia. org/wiki/Kerala_Chatrariam) byasreedharamenonconteneditor.wordpress. 8eeb4e9f32 36
